What Happens During a Treatment?

A brief consultation will be taken on the first visit to establish an overall picture of the client’s general health and lifestyle. After, the client will remove their socks and shoes and be seated comfortably in a reclining chair.

The session will begin with a relaxing foot massage, followed by pressure being applied to reflex points on the feet by the hands to enable a free flow of energy to the body. The client will feel very relaxed and may well fall asleep. A treatment will take about 60 minutes. This is invaluable time for the client to totally relax and forget all daily stresses and worries.

Following treatment you should feel thoroughly relaxed and invigorated. You may experience a few symptoms, such as, headache, frequent urination or bowel movement, breakout of spots, flu like symptoms, emotional low. These symptoms will only last a few hours or at most one or two days. Your body is starting to take control of the healing process, releasing unwanted toxins into the circulation.

Relaxation is not an indulgence, without it your body is unable to heal.
