What happens during a treatment?
A brief consultation will be taken on your first visit, to establish an overall picture of your general health and lifestyle. After you will be asked to remove your socks and shoes, and be seated in comfortably in a reclining chair. The session begins with a relaxing massage, followed by pressure being applied to reflexes on the feet by the hands, to release blockages to enable a free flow of energy to the body.
Will the treatment hurt?
No, it may feel a little tender in some areas on your feet where there is congestion, causing a blockage of energy.
How long does a treatment take?
Treatments usually take about an hour. The initial treatment will take a little longer about 1hr 30mins, to allow time for the consultation.
How much will it cost?
A single treatment will be £25. The initial treatment with consultation will be £30.
How many treatments will I need?
Depending on your health problem, usually a client will have a course of six treatments on a weekly basis. After the initial course of treatment a maintenance plan may be suggested to optimise your health. It depends very much on each client’s individual needs.
